Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Because of the fully custom, bespoke nature of photography products, items ordered from this website are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrectly made, or if you are reasonably dissatisfied with the quality of the product you received, please get in touch to discuss a remake or a corrected replacement. 


Refunds

If you placed an order by mistake, or included something accidentally on an order, please get in touch as soon as possible to discuss canceling your order. In this case, a partial or full refund of the canceled item or order may be requested. 

If your prints and/or products have already been ordered from the appropriate vendors, no refunds are available. In this situation, we will proceed as usual with fulfilling the ordered items.

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit or debit card, within 7-10 business days.



Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges of prints or products.
